We are a Cochrane based, family-owned catering company celebrating 28 years in business. Our goal is to exceed your expectations and bring your food vision to life. We are happy to prepare your chosen menu to meet your needs including food sensitivities and allergies.
We are the premier corporate caterer at the Cochrane RancheHouse. As the preferred cater, we plan and carry out numerous weddings and in-house functions each year. All meals are prepared on-site to provide fresh, superior quality dishes with innovative ingredients.
Our head chef, Evan McColl is a Red Seal Chef who graduated from SAIT in the Culinary program with honours. He has travelled around Australia and North America to bring you great tasting meals that will "wow" you and your guests. Evan takes pride in his work and it shows in the details on your plate. Evan and his culinary team are ready to serve you and your guests.

Oh my gosh, I can't even begin to say thank you enough! It was so lovely to work with you. The food at the wedding was so amazing, we had so many compliments, people were raving about it at the wedding and the next day when we met them for breakfast. I'm pretty sure my brother-in-law went for fourths of roast beef. Several people let me know they enjoyed seconds, which is fantastic!

I just wanted to take the time to Thank you and your staff for the fabulous meal. We had so many comments on how good the meal was and the pasta salad was a huge hit. Also, please Thank your bartending staff as we were very impressed with them, they did a great job. Our guests said they did an awesome job and they were fun to be around. So once again Thank You to you and all of your staff we would definitely recommend Gourmet to Go to caterer any function.
